For the teams after the design office · from your SOLIDWORKS assemblies
CorAIvision reads your SOLIDWORKS assembly file once, from the file explorer. It turns it into a Vision file: the machine’s 3D, map and bill of materials, which all your teams open without asking the design office again. As an option, the 3D instruction manual, written with your AI agent and designed for the 2027 Machinery Regulation.

With every file: the machine’s versions, compared. Prices to come.
Regulatory deadline
The regulation frames the instruction manual in digital form, and its content is mandatory. The CorAIvision 3D manual is designed for this format. A list helps spot the missing pieces of the file; conformity remains the manufacturer’s.
The 3D manualThe tool helps write the instruction manual and keep it up to date. It does not certify the machine's conformity. Conformity and the EU declaration of conformity are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
The 3D manual · option
Plug in your company’s AI assistant: Claude, ChatGPT or the one you choose. It has all the machine’s data. It drafts with you, chapter by chapter; a person reviews and approves. The manual is read on screen, with the machine in 3D inside. Not one more frozen PDF.

Wear, recommended spare, lockout, food contact, safety: your agent proposes, a person approves. The spare parts list follows, ready to export.
The EU declaration of conformity you provide, certificates, suppliers’ manuals, readable inside the manual. A list helps spot the missing pieces of the file; conformity remains the manufacturer’s.
“Create the e-mail” prepares the order in the reader’s mail client: the machine, the references, the quantities. The reader sends it.
In progress: the paper PDF export of the manual, and its frozen edition, for archiving.
Versions
Read the assembly again: CorAIvision shows what was added, removed or changed, in colour, in the 3D and on the map. The fitter understands it as well as the designer.
